Translating LIDAR data for a different coordinate system

I have contours from LIDAR data that I've exported from ARCMap to a CAD file, and I'm trying to figure out the best way to get the contours to translate to the MN County Coordinate system. The LIDAR data is in NAD83-UTM Zone 15 and our survey data is in the Polk County Coordinate System (feet). Is there any way to do this in ARCMap or with any other programs? I know I could translate the survey points to UTM zone 15 but I'd prefer to keep them in the MN County Coordinate system because that's what our project is based on. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

You can reproject the contour "feature" data in ArcMap by importing the layer, going to ArcToolbox/data management tools/projections and transformations/feature/project, and then fill in the appropriate information using drop-downs and button activated windows on the right. You will have to give the reprojected file a new name. There is an option to select the appropriate coordinate system, which includes Minnesota county systems.
