SPMI Survey Help

General instructions: Printable instructions for logging in and filling out the SPMI survey (PDF).

Generating Reports:

Maps are designed to be printed in color. If maps are printed in black and white, differentiation between scaled value patterns / colors may not be visible.

Filling out the Survey:

Navigate through the site by filling out each page, updating each question/field as necessary. To move between survey sections, use the navigation buttons at the bottom of each page. The form will ONLY save using the navigation buttons located at the bottom of each page. You may also navigate using the links on the left-hand navigation bar, though such navigation will not save any changes supplied.
You must be logged in to access the survey as a participant.
