| Attribute Accuracy | The Greater Northwest EMS provided the NWRDC with spreadsheets detailing the township, range, section, and quarter section covered by each respective service. The NWRDC created the data layer from those descriptions with the review of each service area conducted by the respective response unit. | |||
| Logical Consistency | ||||
| Completeness | The digital information created covers all of the Greater Northwest EMS areas. | |||
| Horizontal Positional Accuracy | The coverage areas are representative of the MNDNR's township, section, PLSS 40s and drawn on section halves that run irregular to the 40's shape. | |||
| Lineage | The Greater Northwest EMS service areas were created from a database table that described the service area boundaries in terms of the township, range, section, and quarter-sections covered by each service area. The boundaries GIS layers were created using the MNDNR's township, section, and PLSS 40's GIS layer. The PLSS quarter-quarter sections and township sections were dissolved to create a single service area polygon for each service area. Individual service area polygons were then joined to create full coverage over Greater Northwest EMS area. The DNR PLSS data is available at http://deli.dnr.state.mn.us/metadata/pls_fortypy3.html The data was reviewed by the respective Greater Northwest EMS personnel. | |||
