| Lineage | Tax parcel data for the City of Sandstone located in Pine County, MN. The data was developed by Short Elliott Hendrickson (SEH) Inc., under contract for the city of Sandstone. The city of Sandstone is the custodian of the data. Data appears to have been developed by drawing the parcels to legal descriptions in a CAD Environment. The original CAD data was then converted to an ESRI Shapefile in 2000. Horizontal control appears to be very limited, and there are known deficiencies with the horizontal positional accuracy. In 2002 the tax assessor's information was joined to the original geography, by the East Central Regional Development Commision. This dataset reflects any changes made to the original data through East Central Regional Development Commission in 2002. |
