MnGeo Advisory Councils

Two councils provide policy advice to MnGeo:
 

• State Government Geospatial Advisory Council focuses on state agency issues
  
   
• Statewide Geospatial Advisory Council addresses issues of concern to the wider GIS community

• Committees and workgroups:  The two councils are supplemented and supported by committees and workgroups that had previously functioned under the auspices of the Minnesota Governor’s Council on Geographic Information. Non-council members are welcome and encouraged to participate on committees and workgroups.
