Mary Emerson

Mary Emerson is the Director of Applied Technology Services at the Department of Human Services. Mary has been involved in system planning and implementation at DHS for 22 years. After the 2009 legislation created MnGeo, DHS designated Mary as the owner for GIS at DHS. These responsibilities include defining the strategic direction for GIS with an enterprise approach.
