Paul Weinberger is the Section Supervisor for Solution Development for the
Department of Transportation (MnDOT). The Solution Development Section is
responsible for the development, maintenance, and support for the MnDOT business
application portfolio. He has a degree in Local and Urban Affairs from St. Cloud
State University.
