Rebecca Foster

Rebecca Foster is the City of Edina's GIS Administrator and has served there since 2002. Her duties include project management, database administration and asset management of the City's infrastructure.

Rebecca currently participates on a variety of regional committees which include: MN GIS/LIS Consortium since 2003 (Consortium Chair in 2009 and Fall Conference Chair in 2007), Hennepin County GIS User Group (Vice Chair), and MnGeo's Emergency Preparedness Committee.
