
Haila is currently a principal planner for the City of Minneapolis, focusing
on long range planning for the east sector of the city. Previously, she was a
regional land use and transportation planner in South Carolina and Indiana. She
has over 12 years experience as a professional planner in a variety of settings.
Haila has earned a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from the University of
Minnesota's Hubert H. Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs, and a Bachelor of
Arts in Public Policy Studies from Duke University's Terry Sanford Institute of
Public Policy.
