Brad Anderson

Since 1999, Brad’s work experience has been at the municipal level in the Moorhead and Fargo area. He served as the GIS Coordinator for the City of Fargo for 7 years, implementing GIS and bringing it to the city’s desktop. Brad is currently the GIS Manager for the City of Moorhead, Minnesota. When he is not fighting floods he is transitioning GIS at Moorhead to a web-based system.

Brad has 18 years of experience in the GIS industry. He began his career using proprietary software to construct map databases for in-vehicle satellite navigation systems. This work provided him with the opportunity to perform training and field testing while living in both England and Scotland.

Brad received his Bachelor’s Degree in Geography from North Dakota State University in 1989.
