James Bunning

James Bunning is the GIS Manager for Scott County.  He received his B.S. in Geography from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire and an M.S. in Geographic Information Science from Saint Mary’s University.  James has served as the GIS Manager at Scott County since 2007 and before that as a GIS Analyst since 2000.  He is a member of the MetroGIS Coordinating Committee and regularly attends the Policy Board as the Scott County Alternate.  James has been in the GIS industry since 1995 and has presented several times at MN GIS/LIS Consortium conferences.
