Amy Harrigan
Amy Harrigan (she/her) serves as the Program Manager for Transportation Data & Analysis at the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT), within the Office of Transportation System Management. In this capacity, she leads three key sections: Geographic Information and Mapping, Roadway Data and Support, and Traffic Forecasting and Analysis.
Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and a GIS Certificate from the University of Colorado Denver. Prior to joining MnDOT in May 2025, she worked in the private sector as a GIS Consultant, gaining valuable experience in geospatial analysis and data-driven decision-making.
She currently co-chairs the MnDOT Statewide GIS Steering Committee and is spearheading the development of a new MnDOT GIS Strategic Plan to enhance the agency's geospatial capabilities and data integration efforts.
