Britta Maddox
Britta Maddox, MSc in Forensic Science, is the Public Safety Data System Fire RMS Administrator for the Anoka County Fire Protection Council. She also serves as the secretary for the Anoka County Fire Investigation Team, leads the Fire Administrative Support Team for the Metro Twin Cities area, and serves in the Fire Corps with Fridley Fire. In 2023, Britta implemented 16 fire departments and 3 specialized fire rescue teams with First Due in under a year, taking the countywide consortium to a whole new level of technology for records management, response, asset management, training, and beyond. In 2025, Britta created history in the State of Minnesota by facilitating the first of its kind public safety sister-city agreement between the Anoka County Fire Protection Council and Durango, Mexico Civil Protection.
With over ten years in public safety, Britta strives to make technology efficient and understandable for Law Enforcement, Fire, and Telecommunications. She constantly strives for increasing efficiencies for departments through their use of technology so command staff can focus on saving their community instead of saving reports.
