Dennis Tumberg
Dennis Tumberg is the GIS Specialist for the City of Chanhassen where he coordinates GIS and asset management work for the city. Prior to joining Chanhassen, Dennis worked for Carver County, the City of Inver Grove Heights, and Short Elliott Hendrickson, where he worked with clients throughout Minnesota and a few other states.
He graduated from Alexandria Technical College with an Associate of Applied Science in GIS. He also received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Finance emphasis from Bemidji State University.
Dennis has been involved in the Jaycees, Lions, and is an active member and volunteer in his church. He is excited to continue his involvement with the GAC and will do whatever he can to improve the already strong geospatial community in Minnesota.
