The Farm Service Agency had images flown for approximately 64,000 square miles of the state; they are in GeoTIFF format, with a 2-meter resolution. The data are geo-rectified, meaning they have been corrected for positional errors to a lesser degree than orthorectified imagery. Check FSA's catalog to see whether 2001 photos are available for your county of interest.
